It can happen that a disturbance occurs and that some files refuse to open.
The formats that are concerned by the Heredis software are the following:
- .hmw: these are your genealogy files => this format must be linked to your Heredis software
- .hax : these are the trees recorded via the Heredis software => this format must be linked to your Heredis software
- .ged : these are GEDCOM files => this format must be linked to your Heredis software
- .pdf : these are the trees exported in PDF format => this format must be linked to Adobe Acrobat Reader/ Adobe Acrobat DC
- .xlsx : these are the customizable lists => this format must be linked to your spreadsheet program (Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc...)
- .rtf : these are the other lists => this format must be linked to your word processing software (Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer...)
- .docx : these are the cards and books => this format must be linked to your word processing software (Microsoft Word, LibreOffice Writer...)
