Go to the location of your genealogy file on your computer.
By default, your genealogy file is located at the following location: Documents\BSD Concept\Heredis\Heredis File. However, you may have chosen to place it elsewhere.
First of all, check that your Windows file explorer displays name extensions :
Open the folder ending in .hmw and rename the .heredis file, adding .old at the end like this:
This file must be renamed like this:
Then rename the .opened file:
This file must be renamed like this:
