Heredis technical support may ask you to send them animated screenshots. This is often necessary to understand the problem raised by the customer.
"A picture is worth a thousand words" said Confucius. In the case of IT support, this is especially true.
Here is how to proceed to make an animated screenshot in GIF format.
Step 1 : Installing the LICEcap application
Download this little capture software : https://www.cockos.com/licecap/licecap128-install.exe
Click on "I agree > Next > Install" :

Step 2 : Take a screenshot
On the Windows desktop, double-click on the icon of the LICEcap program (icon below for illustration) :

The frame below will then appear... it is the application "LICEcap" which allows to make animated captures :

Then launch your Heredis version and go to the Heredis window.
Resize the LICEcap window so that the entire Heredis window is contained in the LICEcap frame.
To do this, place your mouse cursor over the gray frame that surrounds the LICEcap window. The cursor will change shape and allow you to enlarge or reduce the frame :
Once the entire Heredis window is contained within the frame, click on the "Record" button to begin making an animated capture :

Once the recording is in progress, perform the blocking action(s) or make the manipulation that you think will cause an anomaly.
We will be able to visualize all the actions carried out until you click on the "Stop" button :

Clicking the Stop button will end the recording.
Finally go to the location you chose in the step, you will find the animated capture GIF file
This file will allow us to see all the actions you have taken during the registration.
