Here's the tutorial for reinstalling Heredis on your computer.
Note: The version of the screenshots below may differ from yours, but the content of the article applies to your version as well.
1. Download the executor
To download the Heredis 2025 software executor, please visit our online help site and download the Heredis 2025 executor: https://help.heredis.com/en/heredis-installation-links/
2. Install software
Important note: It is strongly recommended that you keep Heredis installed in its default location on your C:\ hard drive. Failure to do so may negatively impact the optimal functioning of the application.
Click on the executor to start the software installation. Most web browsers display downloads. If yours doesn't, please go to the Downloads folder in your File manager.
The End-User License Agreement window appears. This is the contract governing use of the software.
Agree to the licence agreement then select Next :
The installation process will now begin.
3. Resetting preferences

4. Activate the license
Click on Login to activate your license:
