Here's the tutorial for reinstalling Heredis on your computer.
Note: The version of the screenshots below may differ from yours, but the content of the article applies to your version as well.
Step 1 : Download the executor
To download the Heredis software executor, please go to your online space : https://shop.heredis.com/
Click on your name to enter your space:
If you are not logged in, click on Login and sign in:
Once in your space, click on My Keys. Here you will find your order history:
Each line corresponds to one of your orders. These are listed in chronological order, so you can go directly to your last purchase. Click on the "details" button, and the license number and download link for this order will appear at the bottom of the page. Click on the blue Download button:
Step 2 : Install software
Click on the executor to start the software installation. Most web browsers display downloads. If yours doesn't, please go to the Downloads folder in your Finder.
The End-User License Agreement window appears. This is the contract governing use of the software.
Agree to the licence agreement:
The installation process will now begin.
In the window that appears, drag the Heredis application into the Applications folder:
Go to the Applications folder in your Finder and drag the icon into your dock:

Click on Login to activate your license:
